Guemes Island
From Anacortes, the only way to Guemes Island is by Ferry. Off the ferry, you will be on the main/only road on Guemes Island, and to your right will be one of the most charming features of the Island - Anderson's General Store.
Here, breakfast is served on weekends (the cinnamon rolls are worth the trip), and lunch and dinner are served daily. You can sit on the deck or at the bar and enjoy a meal, coffee, or drinks in the heart of the Guemes Island community.
The store is open 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. weekdays, 8 a.m-8:00 p.m. weekends.
